Small town roots. Big city business.
Fresh Meta ads for DTC brands, every month: 8 or 15 new concepts, three hooks each, cut for feed, stories and square, plus a testing plan and a plain-English report on what worked. Straight talk, honest work, no long contract.
come on in, pull up a chair. no calls, no pressure.See how we work
The first three seconds, done right.
Your logo earned its place. It deserves a better seat than a slow start. Folks stop for a moment, so we put your logo right in it. Same logo, better seat, and every concept gets several openings, so your account can find the one that sticks.

Concept ads, start to finish.
We’re new, so there are no client results to show yet. Here are five concept ads we built for made-up brands, each with the thinking behind it. Every one follows the same plan a paying brand gets: one angle, three hooks, and a test to find the winner.
Mugwhistle
Cold brew concentrate · claymation
- The angle
- Charm first, demo as proof. A sleepy clay character skips the café run, and one continuous pour shows the whole routine.
- Lead hook
- “If your iced coffee habit starts with grabbing the car keys… watch this.”
- What we’d test
- All three hooks head to head, then the payoff line, then free shipping vs. a two-bottle starter.
Grainlark
Oat & almond clusters · product demo
- The angle
- Crunch that survives the milk. A soggy-spoon opening flips to warm light and clusters that hold their shape.
- Lead hook
- “Okay, crunch people… this one’s for you.”
- What we’d test
- Three hooks, then a silent slow-motion spoonful vs. a crunch close-up with the sound up.
Brisquill
Walnut knife sharpener · hands-only demo
- The angle
- It’s not you, it’s the edge. A dull knife squashes a tomato; three pulls later it slices paper-thin.
- Lead hook
- “Home cooks, quick question. When did you last sharpen your knife?”
- What we’d test
- Three hooks, then the proof shot (tomato vs. a sheet of paper), then the offer.
Duskmere
Magnesium gummies · 3D animated story
- The angle
- A story, not a pitch. An animated grandmother’s evening wind-down, told for a 55+ audience and the grown kids who shop for them. The end card carries the FDA disclaimer.
- Lead hook
- “It’s two in the morning. Again. And Ruth is wide awake.”
- What we’d test
- Three hooks, then a narrator vs. captions only, then free shipping vs. a two-jar “one for Mom” bundle.
Bricklow
Work boots · AI presenter, labeled
- The angle
- Built for hour eight, pitched the way the end of a shift feels: a tailgate talk-to-camera, then a hands-on demo of the sole, the grip and the welt. The presenter is AI-generated, labeled on screen, and never passed off as a customer.
- Lead hook
- “If your feet are fine till about hour eight… and then every step’s a negotiation? Stay with me.”
- What we’d test
- Three hooks, then the AI presenter vs. a real tradesman reading the same script, then the offer.
All five brands, products and offers are made up. Footage, voices and music were made with AI tools; the strategy, scripts, edit and captions are ours. Real client work goes up here only with the client’s permission.

Meet the crew
Country manners. City-sized ideas.
Red Billy is our mascot: a small-town guy with a big-city notebook, and a goat who’ll try anything once. Together they stand for how we work: plain talk, honest effort, and ideas that pull their weight.

Take a quick detour
Spin a hook. See how we think.
The first three seconds decide whether anyone watches the rest. Each of these openings works on something human: a real frustration, a small admission, a picture the viewer finishes themselves. Every concept we make gets several of them, so your account can find the one that sticks.
Hook patterns that keep working. Fill in the blanks with your product, and only with claims you can back up.
The hard part isn’t the coffee. It’s 6 a.m.
Names the real problem before the product. Empathy first earns the next three seconds.
How it works
A friendly route, with a view at the top.
Four easy stages. Each one leaves you with something useful, and you’re welcome to stop at any of them.
A free rebuilt ad, by invitation
Each week we invite a few brands to a free rebuilt ad. We study their live ads, spot where viewers drift off, and rebuild one from their own footage.
A short brief
Your offer, your best sellers and your customers’ own words. We agree on the numbers to beat.
Monthly batches
Fresh concepts every month, cut for feed, stories and square, and ready to upload.
A clear report
What worked, what didn’t, and the next route to try, measured against the numbers we agreed.
What you get
Two ads a month is a coin toss. We give you a whole trail map.
Winning ads are rare, so volume matters. In Motion’s 2026 study of 578,750 Meta ads, only about 1 in 20 became a winner, and fewer than 1 in 25 for accounts spending under $10k a month. So every month you get all of this, finished, named and ready to upload.
Trail rules
Relaxed people. Serious about honesty.
AI-assisted production helps us move quickly. The ideas, the scripts and every decision about what to test come from people. And a few things are off the trail entirely, however well they might convert.
studio No case studies here yet, and we won’t fake one. Real results go up as they’re earned, with each client’s permission.
Pricing · pick your path
Start with a short walk. Go further if you like it.
Most brands start with a conversation and decide from there. No pressure, no countdown timers.
Founding brands: our first three monthly clients lock in today’s price for 12 months and get 2 bonus concepts a month for their first 3 months, in exchange for an honest written case study. Good or bad, it’s theirs to write, and when we publish one, we’ll say right next to it that they got founding-brand pricing and bonus concepts.

Say your piece
Seen one of our ads? Tell us the truth.
Hire us or not, if something we made for you helped, a few honest lines is the only thing we’d ask for in return — and if it missed, say that too. We’d rather know.
Leave a review
One click opens an email with three short prompts already in it. Answer what you like and send. Two minutes, tops.
Write a review →We don’t pay for reviews, and nothing we offer ever depends on what you say. We publish only with your permission, word for word, good or bad, and we’ll take it down any time you ask. If we ever gave you something (a free sample ad or a founding-brand price), we’ll say so right next to your review.
Good questions
Pull up a chair. Ask us anything.
still curious? just email us. we like hearing from folks. How does the free rebuilt ad work? What’s the catch?
No catch. It’s how we say hello, because showing beats telling. Each week we invite a few brands whose ads we think we can help. You get a short note on where viewers drift off and, if you’d like it, one ad rebuilt from your own footage (one per brand).
It’s a private sample for you to look over: we won’t post it or put it in our portfolio, and there’s no cost or obligation either way. Changes, extra concepts and other sizes are what the creative sprint is for.
Do I have to hop on a call?
Nope. Everything can happen over email. If you’d like to chat, we’re happy to, but it’s never required.
What do you need from me?
To start, just your brand name and website. For monthly work, a short brief: your offer, the ads that have worked best, and what your customers say about you.
Do you run our ads or need our login?
Not unless you want us to. With monthly creative, we hand over finished files and you or your media buyer stay in full control of the account, budget and targeting.
If you add Meta ad management, you give us partner access through Meta’s own tools. We never ask for your password, your card stays on your account, we work to a spend cap you set, and every change is logged for you to see.
Is this made with AI?
Partly, and we’re upfront about which parts. AI-assisted tools help produce things like product motion, b-roll and voiceover. People come up with the ideas, write the scripts and decide what gets tested. Every delivery lists what was AI-produced.
Who owns the ads?
You do. Once a month’s work is paid for, it’s yours to use however you like. We never resell or reuse your creative for anyone else. Our agreement spells out the details in plain English, including an honest note about how copyright law treats AI-generated elements.
What do the numbers in the report mean?
We explain everything. The main ones:
- Hook rate
- How many people kept watching past the first few seconds.
- Hold rate
- How many stuck around for most of the ad.
- CTR
- How many clicked through to your site.
- CPA
- What each sale or sign-up cost.
- ROAS
- Revenue for every dollar spent on ads.
How long do I have to commit?
You don’t. The monthly program is month to month with 14 days’ notice. We’d rather keep earning it.
Why these prices?
Because we keep it lean: no required sales calls, no long contracts. Monthly works out to under $440 a finished concept, each with three hooks and all three sizes. Do-it-yourself tools are cheaper but leave the thinking to you. We sit in between: real people directing every concept, AI-assisted production to keep it fast, and prices a growing brand can say yes to.
Where are your terms?
Right here: our terms. Paid work also comes with a short written agreement you can read before you pay anything. It covers delivery, revisions, refunds and ownership in plain English.
The porch light’s on
Let’s take the first step together.
- 1 · Send your brand and website
- 2 · A real person writes back with a few honest thoughts
- 3 · No calls, no pressure, either way
Or write to hello@redbillyideas.org. A real person reads every email, usually with a cup of coffee.
