These terms cover your use of redbillyideas.org and the free rebuilt ad. We’ve kept them plain. RED BILLY IDEAS is a brand of Slone Enterprises LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“we”).
Using this website
You’re welcome to read, share links to and ask us about anything here. Please don’t copy our text, designs, illustrations or characters (including Red Billy and his goat) without our permission, and don’t use the site or its contact form to send spam or anything unlawful.
The free rebuilt ad
- By invitation. Each week we invite a few brands, one sample per brand. There’s nothing to apply for, and we may not be able to take on every brand.
- What it is. A short note on where viewers drift off in your live ads and, if you’d like it, one ad rebuilt from your own public ads, images and footage. It’s delivered as is. Changes, extra concepts and other sizes are paid work.
- Your materials. If you accept, you confirm you can speak for the brand and let us use your brand’s materials to make the sample.
- It’s a private sample. It’s for you to look over. We won’t post it anywhere or put it in our portfolio. Before any version runs as a real ad, you’re responsible for checking every claim, and for having releases for anyone shown.
- No cost, no obligation. We never ask for payment details, logins or passwords for the free rebuilt ad.
Paid work
The creative sprint, monthly creative and any add-ons are covered by a short written agreement that you read and sign before any work starts or any payment is taken. If anything in that agreement differs from this page, the agreement wins. In short:
- Prices and what’s included are as shown on our homepage when you sign, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
- Monthly creative is month to month, with 14 days’ notice to stop.
- Once a month’s work is paid for, the ads are yours to use however you like. We don’t resell or reuse your creative for anyone else.
- Delivery times, revisions and refunds are set out in the agreement.
- We never ask for your ad account password, and your card stays on your own account.
- Parts of our ads may be made with AI-assisted tools. Every delivery lists what was AI-produced. Some of those elements may not be protected by copyright, and the agreement explains this honestly.
No guaranteed results
We give you our honest professional work and a clear read of your own numbers. Advertising results depend on many things outside our control, so we don’t promise any particular outcome.
Limitation of liability
This website and the free rebuilt ad are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent the law allows, Slone Enterprises LLC isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from their use, and our total liability for the free rebuilt ad is limited to $100. Liability for paid work is covered by the signed agreement.
Privacy
How we handle what you send us is explained in our privacy policy.
Changes
If we change these terms, we’ll update this page and the effective date at the top. Changes don’t affect an agreement you’ve already signed.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming.
